Electronic Leak Detection.
This method of Roof Leak Detection is a non-destructive method of checking a flat roof system such as a single ply membrane for leaks or defects. We utilise a Electronic Leak Detection dry test method of testing a roof area for leaks or defects. All AWM engineers are time served in the industry and utilise the latest technology for there Roof Leak Detection services. Any roof leaks or defects are marked clearly on the roof for repair. Thermographic Survey.
Thermographic surveys are the latest form of non destructive testing for roofing and cladding systems. With the use of a thermographic camera we use infra red technology to survey the temperature of the roofing or cladding. This data is then analysed to show any areas of concern; this can include damp/moisture build-up, cold bridging and missing or ineffective insulation. Thermographic surveys can therefore be particularly useful on flat roof systems for effectively target repairs. more...

AWM conduct inspections and audits on many different roofing systems on a daily basis for clients such as Local authorities, Insurance companies, Leading House builders, Architects, Main contractors etc. This experience coupled with the knowledge of our auditors who have worked within the industry for the last 30 years enables us to tackle inspections on a range of different Roofing & Cladding systems.
